Motorcycle poker run to raise money for law enforcement

A 100-mile motorcycle poker run to raise money for the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial and the Police Unity Tour held this May in Washington D.C. is set for Saturday.

Officers of the Tallahassee Police Department are raising money to support this cause by riding for officers who died in the line of duty.

The 100-mile ride will involve five destinations with a card being drawn at each one. The fifth and final card to determine the winning hand will take place at Cabannas Restaurant, 2915 Kerry Forest Parkway.

Registration is 9 -10 a.m. at the Tallahassee Police Department, 234 E. Seventh Ave. The cost is $20 per rider and $5 per passenger.
